Important Veteran Resources:

If a Veteran needs a copy of their DD 214 quickly, they can go to eBenefits.va.gov and request a copy of their DD 214 and within 1 hour to 48 hours they will receive a copy of their DD 214.

The Veteran must sign up at www.ebenefits.va.gov, which is Free and easy to do, then go to documents and request a copy of the DD 214.

eBenefits is a web portal; a central location for Veterans, Service Members, and their families to research, find, access, and, in time, manage their benefits and personal information.

Veterans can apply for benefits, download their DD 214, view their benefits status, in addition to other actions as needed. This workspace is available to Veterans once they have created an eBenefits account.

Check out this new website. A Veteran can even track their claims within the VA System for Disability and Appeals.

The White House unveiled several initiatives that will help match our returning Veterans with jobs here at home including the Veterans Job Bank, an online tool of private/public partnerships that allows Veterans to search for available jobs by their skills or their zip code. Check it out at LINK

Once at this website click on Veterans Job Bank Button. This will take you to the Veterans National Resource Directory. What’s nice about this site is a Vet can put in MOS (job while in military) and it will match with related jobs throughout the United States.
